NEUROSYNTERGIC MEDITATION

It’s a practice for people who want to reduce stress, chronic pain, improve mental clarity, and explore deeper states of awareness. The process is based on conscious breathing, present-moment attention, and self-observation. This approach helps the nervous system enter a coherent state, in which brain activity becomes more synchronized with heart rate variability. From a neuroscience perspective, a coherence state supports emotional regulation, focus, and overall well-being.

Many practitioners naturally experience a feeling of Unity of Consciousness—a state where the sense of separation between self and the world softens, giving rise to feelings of connection, clarity, and integration. People who practice Neurosytergic Meditation report reduced stress and anxiety, improved mood, increased productivity, and a deeper understanding of themselves in daily life.

This training is 50 minutes long and was designed by my teacher Ruth Cerezo, who worked and collaborated with Mexican neurophysiologist Jacobo Grinberg.

Meditations are in English and Spanish. Contact us to for a free trial.

Graph titled 'The Coherent State' showing three patterns over time: respiration amplitude in blue at the top, heart rate variability in purple in the middle, and blood pressure rhythm in green at the bottom. A vertical dashed red line at 300 seconds with an orange arrow labeled 'Quick Coherence' points to the blood pressure rhythm pattern.

The recording was obtained under waking and meditative conditions by placing surface electrodes according to the international 10-20 system and recommendations by the International Federation of Clinical Neurophysiology Societies with Filters: LF: 1 HZ and HF: 70 HZ, Sensitivity of 7 UV/MM, and impedances of 0.1 KOHMS – 10 KOHMS. A channel is used for electrocardiogram (EKG) recording and video filming.
