My story
I grew up in Uruapan Mich., close to the monarch butterfly sanctuaries in Mexico and played on ashes on the outskirts of the volcano “El ParicutÍn” (‘place at the other side’ in P’urépecha). It was through my experiences in these places of power and the mysticism of the P’urépecha indigenous traditions how I fell in love with nature and butterflies.
I’ve been living and working between Mexico, USA and Canada, sharing about monarch butterflies, their metamorphosis and helping others to tap into a better version of themselves.
As an artist I’ve lived many experiences that are impossible to describe. One day, I learned about Mexican Neurophysiologist Jacobo Grinberg and the Syntergic theory, and it all made perfect sense. I contacted one of his collaborators, Ruth Cerezo and started training in Neurosintergic Meditation with her. And pursued my carrer as a Psychologist at University Nacional Autónoma de México.
I have practiced hypnosis and meditation since I was a teenager and from all the practices I’ve tried, Neurosintergic Meditation is my favourite by far. It is a safe practice that brings me closest to a true mystical experience and gives me an immediate feeling of wellbeing and possibility.
