the caterpillar doesn’t need a miracle to fly,

it only needs a process.

guided meditation

It’s a practice for people who want to reduce stress, chronic pain, improve mental clarity, and explore deeper states of awareness. The process is based on conscious breathing, present-moment attention, and self-observation. This approach helps the nervous system enter a coherent state, in which brain activity becomes more synchronized with heart rate variability. From a neuroscience perspective, a coherence state supports emotional regulation, focus, and overall well-being.

JONATHAN ROMERO

Most people who find me have already tried something — a therapist, a coach, a meditation practice. It helped, to a point. Then they hit a wall. A pattern that kept returning. A feeling too large for words. A moment of transition that conventional frameworks couldn't hold.

I'm a Mexican licensed psychologist (UNAM) and a certified neurosyntergic meditation facilitator. I also work with tarot, hypnosis and astrological archetypes — not as additions to psychology, but as different doors into the same room. The theoretical spine of my practice is Jacobo Grinberg's Syntergic Theory: the understanding that consciousness is something we can learn to inhabit differently. That direct experience is where real transformation begins.

I work in Spanish, English, and French. I'm based between Mexico City and Montreal, and I spend some time in Michoacán — where I grew up close to the monarch butterfly sanctuaries of my region. The butterfly is not a metaphor I chose. It chose me.
